TRAINING OVERVIEW
When you buy a Santucci’s pizza franchise, our training program consists of both classroom and hands-on restaurant operations. The classroom program is designed to assist you in managing the “back office” of the Italian food and pizza franchise business and includes discussions on:
KITCHEN TRAINING
After you buy an Italian food and pizza franchise from Santucci’s, and once you have received orientation in the Classroom, it’s time to get into the kitchen! We will talk you through the preparation of all the Santucci’s menu items, from appetizers to salads to pizza to entrees to our home-made desserts.
ON SITE TRAINING
When it’s time to open your store, we will spend 7 – 10 days on-site with you, reinforcing the classroom and kitchen training, and making sure every member of your team has the knowledge and skill to do their jobs well. We will be there with you to answer questions, address concerns, and to generally make sure you feel absolutely confident and supported during this critical period of your new business.
AFTER OPENING DAY
Support doesn’t end after your Grand Opening. By submitting your monthly P&L statement we will be able to detect positive trends that should be reinforced, or negative trends that should be addressed. At the same time, we will have the ability to analyze your trends in comparison to all other locations.
Additionally, when you invest in an Italian food franchise from Santucci’s you will have a corporate operations expert assigned to you who will from time-to-time visit your location and keep you updated on corporate matters. And of course, when you buy a pizza franchise from us, you will have all pertinent phone numbers and e-mail addresses of the various corporate departments, so rest assured we will be with you.
