– Wildwood Pizza Tour –

Santucci’s Original Square Pizza, a popular Philadelphia-based pizzeria, is opening a new location in North Wildwood at 20th and the Boardwalk (at the former location of “Fancy Feet” and next door to 3 Brothers). The new location, scheduled to open in April 2020, will offer Santucci’s signature square pies, specialty pies (with a variety of toppings), stromboli and flatbreads.

Rather than slices, Santucci’s will offer personal pies; “We make everything fresh in house to order,” explains Alicia Santucci, granddaughter of the founders, Joseph and Philomena Santucci.
The pizzeria will have space for dining as well as offer take out and delivery.
Santucci’s was founded in 1959 in Northeast Philadelphia. “Their family recipe for making pizza in a square pan with the sauce on top of the cheese was considered unconventional at first, but quickly became a pizza staple for lunch and dinner at restaurants in Philadelphia,” explains the Santucci’s website.
After 60 years, Santucci’s remains a family business; “We are family owned and operated and take pride in our product and service. We are honored to be a third generation company who is very excited for our recent growth,” explains Santucci. “We are a company who becomes a part of each and every community we expand into and we are very excited to become a part of the Wildwood community.”
North Wildwood will be the pizzeria’s 6th location.
