No. Pizza Perks is our rewards program. It’s a separate opt-in program that we offer to save our loyal customers money! 

Once you’ve enrolled, you’ll earn 1 point per $1 spent at Santucci’s Original Square Pizza. Points earned will accrue when you order in person, by phone or when you place an order online at santuccispizza.com. If you’re in a restaurant, you need to provide your name and phone number at the register or provide this information to a team member before checking out. When ordering on the website, you must sign in to your account. You can redeem your points at three different tier levels. This happens at the 200-point mark, the 400-point mark, and the 600-point mark. Simple, right?

Sign in to your account online then click “Redeem Rewards.” Click on the reward you want and checkout to place it in your account. This will be held in your account for 30 days.  This must be completed before you proceed to the ordering page.

When placing your order in person at one of our locations.  be sure to provide your name and phone number so we can access your account and verify your accrued points.

Yes. When you hit one of our reward levels, your reward coupon is valid for two weeks. You will receive a redemption reminder at the one-week mark.

Yes! Merchandise, Gift Cards, E-Gift Cards, and alcoholic beverages (available at some of our locations). There are no points for on or off-site packaged catering. Dollars spent on third-party sites such as DoorDash, Ubereats, and Grubhub are not eligible for this program.

Yes. While we’re thrilled to be able to treat our customers to pizza and flatbreads as a reward for their loyalty, you should know that toppings are additional. You may not redeem your rewards when combined with any other offer, special or discount. Rewards are not transferable to other customers. 

You must be at least 13 years of age and have a valid phone number and email address to sign up for Pizza Perks rewards

 

When you redeem a reward, the item is free, but taxes and delivery fees will still apply. Also, if you requested toppings on your pizza, that will also be an additional cost. 
 
When you earn a reward but don’t use it, it will remain available to you as long as you have the required number of points. If you choose to hang onto your points and go for a bigger reward, you will continue to earn points ntil you reach another reward level. Spend it or save it—the choice is yours. You will not be able to accrue any more than 600 points.

No. Currently, our Haddonfield location within the Taproom does not participate in this loyalty program. Please also know that we are in no way affiliated with Philomena Santucci’s Square Pizza in Warminster and Hatfield, PA. We are also not affiliated with Joe Santucci’s Square Pizza on Woodhaven Road in Philadelphia, PA.

Check the reward expiration and ensure that you are signing in with the email address that received the said e-mail notification. That email address can be found at the bottom of our email.

Of course. If you are already a Pizza Perks member and you forgot to sign in or give your Pizza Perks information when you placed your last order (within 24 hours), feel free to provide your receipt or order number to a Manager in-store or contact us at wecare@santuccispizza.com. Please allow 2-4 business days for your points to be credited to your account.

Just visit our website and click on PIzza Perks. Sign into your account. All the information should be there.

If you have permitted us, we will email you whenever you earn a reward.  If you haven’t received any emails, please opt-in to emails in your account settings.

You can add points retroactively.  Make sure to retain the small slip of paper printed after your receipt. This will have a code printed on it that you can enter on our website under the “Claim your Points” section of the My Account – Rewards Page.

In order to start earning points, you must sign up for Pizza Perks either online, in-store, or through the Santucci’s Original Square Pizza app (coming soon). Afterwards, you will earn 1 point for every $1 you spend (excluding taxes and fees). Just make sure that you are signed-in to your Pizza Perks account on our website or soon on the app). Additionally,  you can give our team members your email or phone number when you order in-store or via phone. Note: The Pizza Perks maximum reward (one large plain pizza) can be earned per order. Excludes gift cards and alcohol.
